Molly Dempsey Clark

Molly Dempsey Clark received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 1998 and her Juris Doctorate from Duquesne University School of Law in 2002, where she earned the C.A.L.I. Award of Excellence. While enrolled at Duquesne, Ms. Clark clerked for McGuire Woods, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and the Office of the District Attorney, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania . Ms. Clark practiced in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with Jones Day prior to returning to her hometown in Northeastern Pennsylvania. Ms. Clark has been engaged in private civil practice since 2002, representing a broad range of clients in state and federal courts. She focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, shareholder and partnership disputes, bankruptcy, debt collection, domestic disputes, wills and estates, civil rights, real estate law and general civil litigation.

Ms. Clark is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and has litigation experience, having appeared before various Courts of Common Pleas of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. She is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. Ms. Clark is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Lackawanna Bar Association.
