Kevin C. Quinn

Kevin C. Quinn was born and raised in Scranton, Pennsylvania. He is a 1985 cum laude graduate of the University of Scranton, where he obtained a B.S. in Political Science, and a 1988 graduate of the Columbus School of Law at Catholic University, where he was a member of the National Trial Team and recipient of multiple awards for academic excellence.

Mr. Quinn's diverse practice includes complex commercial litigation, shareholder/partnership disputes, civil rights, employment discrimination, education law, trade secrets, products liability, personal injury, probate matters, property disputes, zoning matters, environmental law and general civil litigation in both state and federal courts. He is admitted to practice before all Pennsylvania state courts, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the United States District Courts for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania. Mr. Quinn has extensive litigation experience at both the trial and appellate levels. He has also practiced before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission and several municipal zoning boards.

Mr. Quinn is a member of the Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations, the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. He is a former member of the Board of Directors for the Young Lawyers Division of the Lackawanna Bar Association and currently serves as the Solicitor for the Abington Heights School District, Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania. Mr. Quinn is a certified mediator and is often appointed by the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania to mediate disputes involving various areas of law.
